the location was excellent. it was very close to the train station, made traveling simple. the room was modern and the space was organized well. the staff were helpful too.

the air conditioning could not be switched between hot and cold. i visited in the fall, so this was an issue. i was either sweating or freezing at night. the room was also quite small.

Compact and Convenient Stay

convenient location helpful staff easy communication

I found the location very convenient, close to multiple stations. The hotel is near several 7-Elevens (very practical!). The staff all spoke great English and were very friendly and helpful, so communication was easy.

I found the rooms quite small. I noticed the temperature control is centralized. Our ac was off, and the heating system was on, so it was too hot.

I did not have breakfast at the hotel. A great ramen place exists right across the street. There are many restaurants in the nearby area (easy to find something tasty).

Service

The front desk staff were very friendly and spoke great English. They were great too assist guests. One staff member noticed my upcoming birthday and gave me a gift.

Rooms

The room was nice and neat. Fresh towels were provided daily (a nice touch). Housekeeping service occurred on the third day of my stay. Requesting it more often was possible.
